PRINCIPAL

Lukas is a mechanical designer, inventor and entrepreneur. Formally trained in Industrial Design at the Rhode Island school of Design. Lukas has worked in consumer and medical product design & development for 13 years, successfully bringing over a dozen products to market. He holds 9 patents for his inventions.

Most recently he worked with a team of prestigious architects and engineers to develop a bespoke patent pending structural safety system allowing the Hudson Yards Vessel in NYC to reopen. Lukas is Passionate about architecture, landscape design and flying his Beechcraft bonanza airplane.

DIRECTOR OF SALES

Tim has extensive sales and marketing experience, notably helping to develop resort stores Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, and Florida after a corporate career in retail management.

Traveling efficiently between store locations quickly became invaluable and Tim became a pilot. His love for aviation grew from there, and the company acquired a number of planes including a Beechcraft Baron and bonanza.

Tim is a longstanding member in the Newport community and is invaluable member of the H4P team.

STRUCTURAL / CIVIL ENGINEER

Dan Proper specializes in structural and auxiliary civil engineering services.

Dan developed the plans and designs for all Hangars 4 Planes Developments and is integral getting H4P from concept to permitted project. from his work with local government bodies, planning boards and the FAA he is integral to the H4P team.

DIRECTOR - STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Jacob is a serial entrepreneur specializing in business development. He has founded and co-founded several successful startups and has a unique ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and partnerships.

Jacob also has a wide variety of development experience ranging from residential subdivisions and high-end custom homes to international schools and resorts.

GC - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Leon has 30+ Years of construction experience. Regularly managing crews of 10+ people on both commercial and residential projects. His scope of experience spans from fully custom experiential design projects on Catalina Island to the North church in Boston where Paul Revere hung his lanterns in 1775.

Leon has been a private pilot since his 20’s and loves to fly.
